Abstract
Abstract PT FDOK is the No. 3 largest plantation and canning pineapple company in the world. The problem that occurred at PT FDOK was a shortage and excess inventory of components of agricultural equipment and production equipment. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to identify procurement, acceptance, and expenditure of components of agricultural machine tools; analyze the application of grouping components of agricultural machine tools with ABC methods; and analyzing service effectiveness based on grouping inventory of agricultural machine tool components. Data analysis methods used are descriptive, qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of the analysis of inventory control of agricultural machine tool components using the ABC method. The order of the largest to smallest number of agricultural machine tool components is group C, B, and group C. B. The order of the total demand for agricultural machine tool components from the largest to the smallest is group A and the number of groups B and C is the same.
