Abstract
Sentulfresh Indonesia is a company that has integrated livestock, fisheries and agriculture areas. Yogurt ice is one of Sentulfresh's main products. Ice Yoghurt is an advanced processing of cow's milk into yogurt. Process fresh cow's milk into packaging ice yoghurt to increase the value added of fresh cow's milk. Value Added is the difference between the facts obtained at a particular time with the value of the sacrifice used during the process. The value added and income provided can be used by using value added analysis. The final goal of this task is to study the process of processing cow's milk into packaged ice yoghurt and calculate the value added of yogurt at Sentulfresh Indonesia using the Hayami method. The value added obtained in the processing of ice yogurt packs is Rp 39.716,67 with a value added ratio of 62,32 percent. Analysis of value added at the packaging ice yoghurt shows that a large value added is given to milk, so a large value added is obtained. Keyword :Ice yoghurt, Value added, Sentulfresh.
