Abstract

Farm FLS is a company engaged in the field of catfish and tilapia aquaculture, aquaponics and aquaculture cultivation or maggot larvae you. FLS farm is a branch of PT FLS located in Bogor, West Java. Working hours on FLS farm employees in some parts experiencing overtime (excessive working hours) in carrying out the task that has been given by the company. Yan analytical methods used by the calculation of employee requirement contained in the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform: KEP / 75 / M.PAN / 7/2004 regarding Guidelines for Employee Needs Calculation based Workload in the framework of preparation of the Civil Service Formation by pendekatam duty per part. Identification of the type of work covering the head of the farm, field coordinator, employee bioflok, aquaponics and larvae you. The results of the work load calculation results obtained 1.497,6 hours / year with the number of effective employees needed based on an effective employee calculation of 7 people out of 5 actual employees, so the FLS farm needs to consider adding more employees so that the work runs effectively and efficiently.
