Abstract
Postharvest handling of XYZ broccoli will provide good quality to the end consumers, this activity is one form of increased farm income. The purpose of writing is to explain the post-harvest handling activities of broccoli, explain the critical point of post-harvest handling stage causes of return of goods and analyze the cost of handling post-harvest broccoli Gapoktan XYZ. The data collection method was carried out by observation and active participation in various activities carried out by XYZ Gapoktan, while the data analysis method used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results and discussion, it was found that: (1) handling postharvest broccoli grade A consists of receiving, sorting and grading, cleaning, packaging, and transportation (2) the critical point of postharvest handling stage causing return of goods ie at the cleaning stage (3) the total postharvest costs broccoli is Rp1.563.608/production.
