Abstract
Small and Medium Enterprises Government made a business credit of people program to maintain and develop existence of SME. PT Bank XX in KUR program is being one of distributor of funds. The problem faced by SME to get the funds of KUR in PT Bank XX about administration procedure that the SMEs must know and complete about terms and conditions applicable. The purpose of the research is to know about adminstration procedure of KUR. The method of the research uses the principle of 5 C Keywords: KUR, MSME, Procedure
