Abstract

PT SP2 is a company in the tapioca industry in Central Lampung. Companies in the tapioca industry are in dire need of supply of raw materials, namely cassava. The problem in supply at PT SP2 is that there is often a shortage of raw materials to fulfill production. The purpose of this thesis writing report is to review the supply chain procedures for production of raw materials at PT SP2. Qualitative methods are used to manage supply chains with good management. Based on the discussion, it is known that the procedure for supplying raw materials is not right in time and quantity, companies need to improve good management of raw materials from farmers to the warehouse of raw materials, increasing relations with cassava farmers.
