Abstract
Cauliflower is a horticultural crop that has high productivity and good business prospects. The handling of yield is a series of activities aimed at slowing down the quality of the product. Cauliflower has characteristics of wilting, high respiration rates, susceptible to temperature changes, so good handling is needed. The purpose of this paper is to analyze product handling and fresh cut cauliflower returns procedures. The analytical method used is a flow chart as a tool explaining product handling and return procedures. Handling of fresh cut cauliflower includes receiving raw materials, storage, sorting and trimming, cutting, packaging, storage of finished products and distribution. Fresh cut cauliflower returns procedures are carried out in the presence of ccomplaint information, inspection by QA (quality assurance), notification to PT ASC management and product withdrawal agreement, sales staff contact the store, record the number of products that can be exchanged and destroy (dispose of) the product which is not suitable for consumption.
