Abstract
Analysis cost structure and income farming oganic carrot, illustrates the components of the costs incurred in the total farming cost. Carrot farming income is influenced by the ability of farmers to manage their resources, if farmers have not been able to manage their resources, the production costs increase and the income earned by farmers decreases. YBXZ is a center of the development of organic agriculture that cultivates horticultural crops organically. The purpose of this paper are to analyze the cost structure and income of organic carrots. The analytical method used are descriptive and quantitative methods. The analysis shows the largest cost structure in organic carrot farming is variable costs with a 94,14% of the total farming costs. Total farming cost of Rp117,904/bed or Rp82.532.520/ha. The income obtained is Rp57.096/bed. The value of R/C ratio obtained is 1,5 and B/C is 0,48, meaning that organic carrot farming/raised in one planting period is feasible to run.
