Abstract

Broccoli is the product with the highest demand in PT. XYZ and the highest productivity compared to other vegetable products with a high contribution of 25.38%. Efforts are made to determine whether broccoli vegetable farming is profitable or not through farming analysis. The purpose of the preparation of this Student Final Project Report is to calculate and analyze: Procces vegetable farming broccoli, cost of product, and faring analysis. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods of farm analysis. Based on the results and discussion, it was found that: Procces farming broccoli in PT XYZ in the preparation of cultivated land is divided into three namely, land management, making beds and basic fertilization, while for the production process activities include planting broccoli seeds, maintenance, replanting, watering, and harvesting. The cost of broccoli the production a fixed amount of Rp. 2,582,750 and variable costs Rp. 16,683,000 then a total cost of Rp. 19,265,750, the cost product unit of broccoli were Rp 4.816. Based on the R/C and B/C value the amount 2,49 and 1,49 this shows that broccoli farming has fulfilled the criteria.
