Abstract
PT XYZ is a distributor of agricultural products in Lampung Province. The problem occurs is in the goods inventory. The purpose of writing this final project is to describe the inventory control procedures, stock controling of kangkung seed using the EOQ method. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative approach. The procedure for procurement of seed at PT XYZ consists of 10 stages, and the procedure for issuing seed at PT XYZ consists of 7 stages. Total Inventory Cost (TIC) of kangkung seed stock was Rp. 3,977,480 a year. The economic number was 13,391 packs or 111 boxes each time an order. The safety stock needed for additional stock of kangkung seed was 595 packs. The company must reorder points when the stocks are 1,130 packs or 10 boxes.
