Abstract

Healthy lifestyle by consuming organic vegetables and fruits that are free of substances / chemicals derived from chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The purpose of writing is to identify the cultivation of leafy vegetable plants in Fam XYZ and analyze the application of organic farming systems in Fam XYZ in accordance with SNI 6729: 2016. Data analysis methods are quantitative and qualitative descriptive. Data analysis methods are quantitative and qualitative descriptive. the results and discussion obtained that: (1) Stages of leafy vegetable cultivation are seeding, preparation of planting media, planting, enlargement and maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest. (2) Analysis of the application of organic farming systems in accordance with SNI 6729: 2016 namely the application of organic farming systems for fresh plants and plant products (conversion, maintenance of organic management, parallel production and separate production, prevention of contamination, land and water fertility land management, plant selection and variety, ecosystem management and diversity in crop production, and management of plant use organisms (OPT)), (handling, packaging, storage and transportation), sealing and claiming, traceability and documentation of records, certification, and inspection.
