Abstract
PT ABC is a company engaged in the cultivation of organic vegetables, there are 23 types of vegetables. The problem way the shortages of organic fertilizer stock. The shortage of stock of will impact to reduce organic vegetable production. The purpose of this Final report us: (1) describe the procedure for procurement of organic fertilizer and (2) review the recording of organic fertilizer inventory. Data analysis methods used qualitative descriptive method. And quantitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that the procedure for proconement organic fertilizer stock at PT ABC requesting purchase of liquid organic fertilizer and compost, receipt the organic fertilizer were, storage and recording the organic fertilizer. organic fertilizer stock used perpetual FIFO (First In First Out) method in August was 1,169 liters and total usage the was 1,055 liters, in September was 3,900 liters and total and the was 1,021 liters. The compost fertilizer stock was 4,100 kg and total usage 3,860 kg, in September of 3,900 kg and total usage 4,090 kg. In this conditional the company need to considen the minimum order of inventory to avoid shortages. Minimum of liquid organic fertilizer that must be available within 1 month us 1,055 liters with the value Rp.1,173,900 a minimum stock of compostable organic fertilizer which must be available within 1 month of 4,090 kg or equal to Rp.4,494,000. Kata kunci: pertanian organik, pengadaan persediaan, pencatatan dengan metode perpetual fifo (First In First Out).
