Abstract
PT NYP is a company engaged in pineapple plantations and canning. The problem that occurs at PT NYP is the shortage and excess supply of urea fertilizer. The purpose of this study is to describe and describe the procedures for procurement, receipt and release of urea fertilizer at PT NYP and analyze the control of urea fertilizer inventory using the reorder point (ROP) method at PT NYP. Data analysis methods used are descriptive qualitative methods and quantitative methods. The results of the analysis of urea fertilizer control through the reorder point method get 737,479 kg, meaning that the company needs to place an order if the urea fertilizer supply reaches 737,479 kg so that there is no shortage and excess supply of urea fertilizer. . Kata Kunci: Pengendalian persediaan, Persediaan, ROP.
