Abstract
ABC farming is a vegetable business that uses hydroponic cultivation techniques in Bandar Lampung. Green pakcoy is one of the cultivated vegetables, the production of green pakcoy has not met the sales target of 300 kg / month. These problems occur because the implementation of operational standards in the implementation of production processes that are not run properly and result in uncertain production results. The purpose of writing scientific papers, namely: 1) explains the application of operational standards in the implementation of the green pakcoy production process at ABC farming. 2) identifying the non-conformance of operational standards in the implementation of the green pakcoy production process at ABC farming. Data analysis methods used are qualitative data. The results of the discussion showed that the mismatch of operational standards in the implementation of the green pakcoy production process was found in the nursery, planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities. Key words: Green Pakcoy, Implementation, Production Process.
