Abstract

SMEs ABC is a Garment, which produces hanbok. SMEs ABC requires a business development plan. The aim of this research are to set business targets, business strategies and business needs of SMEs ABC. The method in this research is business plan. Based on the result of the research, SMEs revenue target of ABC increases from 2019 to 2021, from 2019 to 2020 the revenue target is projected to increase by 50%, and from 2020 to 2021 the revenue target will be projected to increase by 40%. The business strategy used is product diversification and innovation. Business needs in 2019-2021 are needed 1 mobile phone in 2019, in 2020 requires 3 production machines and one laptop unit. In 2021, it will add one production machine, one mobile phone, one vehicle, one laptop and build a shop. The aspects of human resources need are to recruit employees and employees training. In the management system aspect needed product promotion and assistance from consulting institutions. Keywords: Business Needed ,Business Plan, Targets, Strategies, SMEs.
