Abstract
PT X Lampung is engaged in processing Crude Palm Oil (CPO) as the main raw material obtained from palm oil processing factories. The product produced from the processing of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is RBDPO cooking oil. To produce qualified RBDPO oil, auxiliary materials are needed which include chemical substances. The auxiliary materials are Bleaching Eart one of them. Bleaching Eart is a helper belonging to the classification of group A which is a group of materials for spare parts which, if not available, have a high potential risk, if damaged can result in the production activity stopped. This final project report aims to analyze Bleaching Eart inventory through Reorder Point approach. Data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative by using Reorder Point (ROP) method. The result of inventory calculation using Reorder Point approach of 209,28 ton means that when stock Bleaching Eart is available for 209,28 ton then Department of Warehousing should immediately make reorder.
