Abstract
Grafting is one of the vegetative propagation techniques of connecting lower stems and upper stems of different plants to get new plants. Durian seedlings that do not meet the standards are indicated as seeds affected by the disease. Quality control for good quality seeds and in accordance with the desired quality standards. The purpose of the Final Project Report are 1) Identifying the production process of durian grafting seedlings, 2) Identifying the failure of durian grafting seedlings, 3) Analyzing the quality control of durian grafting seedlings by analyzing the fish bone diagram method. The Final Task Report Method is observation and interview as well as the type of data used secondary and primary data with qualitative data and fishbone diagrams. The final task conclusions, namely: 1) The process of durian seed grafting production includes grafting, hassle, and maintenance activities. 2) The success rate of durian seedlings with young durian treatment has a fairly high mortality rate.3) Quality control of durian grafting seedlings using the fish bone diagram, grafting, quality.
