Abstract
PT ZYZ is an export company engaged in the field of fisheries, namely shrimp. This company produces two types of shrimp, vannamei and black tiger (BT). The purpose of writing this Final Project Report is to identify the quality standards of vannamei shrimp at PT ZYZ, describe the flow process of PD 085 vannamei shrimp and internal quality control of vannamei shrimp at PT ZYZ in meeting the export market. The author uses the statistical quality control analysis (SQC) analysis method with the flowchart and pareto diagram tools. The results of the frozen vannamei shrimp production process line Peel and Deveine (PD) are formed using a flowchart tool and a pareto diagram is used as a tool to control and record the number of defective vannamei shrimp in accordance with criteria determined by the company.
