Abstract
PT Cassava is an agro-industrial company engaged in making tapioca flour. Raw materials are obtained from producers, namely cassava farmers and agents or shanties who have collaborated with companies with a minimum yield of 20% cassava with cassava type cassava requirements. This final project writing aims to review the warehouse layout to improve the effectiveness of tapioca products at PT Cassava. Data collection methods used are methods of active participation, observation and active role in various activities in the tapioca warehouse carried out by PT Cassava. The data used are primary and secondary data in the form of final stock data and tapioca production and sales data in March and April 2019. The results of the discussion indicate that there is a need to improve the layout of a good warehouse to increase the effectiveness of space in PT Cassava so that warehousing problems that occur can be minimized.
