Abstract
PT POR is a company engaged in the field of agro-industry, one of its activities is the production of avocado seeds. Avocado production activities have a problem the production success target set by the company is not achieved. The purpose of the writing are (1) outlining the process of avocado seed production in PT POR and (2) analyzing the control of avocado seed production in PT POR. The data analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis with the help of a fish bone diagram. The results of the discussion were obtained that the production process of avocado seedlings at PT POR consisted of the preparatory stage, the connection stage, the maintenance stage, and the post-connection stage. PT POR needs to control production because the standard set of production failure (5%) is smaller than the failure rate of 19,1%. Keywords: Avocado Seed, Control, Production
