Abstract
Abstract PT ABC is a hydroponic vegetable business in Bandar Lampung. Curly lettuce is one of the products that is cultivated. The producting of Curly lettuce can’t fulfill theconsumer demand. The problem occurred because of the delay in ordering curly lettuceseeds so that the production activities could not run properly and resulted in the production of curly lettuce being less than the demand. The purpose of writing the scientific paper are:1) identifying the process of controlling the supply of curly lettuce seeds at PT ABC.2) analyze the control of curly lettuce seed inventory at PT ABC. The data analysis methoduses the calculation of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock (SS), and ReorderPoint (ROP). The calculation results show that PT ABC should order the most economicalcurly lettuce seeds (EOQ), namely 5,190 seeds (6 packs), additional supplies must be met toanticipate material shortages (Safety Stock), 458 seeds (1/2 pack) and must carry out a reorder when the supply of seeds totaling 738 seeds (1 pack).
