Abstract
UD SA is a distributor company engaged in agricultural production facilities. The problems that occur are (1) lack of saprotan supplies, so it must procure (2) wrong loading of saprotan during the distribution process. The purposes of writing this Final Project are (1) to describe the procurement system for agricultural production facilities (saprotan) in UD SA and (2) to describe the system for distributing agricultural production facilities (saprotan) to branch stores. Data collection method used in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this Final Project discussion are (1) Procurement of agricultural production facilities carried out by UD SA using a centralized system that is the procurement of goods or logistics which all authority in procurement is given to one work unit, namely the Purchasing Manager. The process of procuring agricultural production facilities from the demand for producer goods to the distribution process. (2) Distribution of agricultural production facilities (saprotan), namely using the process of distributing agricultural production facilities indirectly or through intermediaries of branch stores that are scattered in Lampung areas.
