Abstract
PT Jaya Mandiri is a company in the field of organic agriculture that carries out production processes from procurement of seeds to harvesting. Suitability of planning and implementation of the production process will have an impact on the quality of agriculture products produced. Controlling is one of the ways that can be done to minimize the possibility of these discrepancies. The purposes of writing the scientific work are: 1) Identify the control of the cabbage production process in PT Jaya Mandiri, 2) Analyze the control of the cabbage production process in PT Jaya Mandiri by using fishbone (causal diagram). The method used to analyze the control of the cabbage production process is by using fishbone (causal diagram). The results analysis of production process control using a causal diagram show the factors that cause the production cabbage to decrease, that is human, material, method and enviromental factors.
