Abstract
PT PDC is a company engaged in the trade of horticultural products and conducts the production process of handling post-harvest lettuce products. Head lettuce is a product of higher returns that occurs special handling is done which causes production costs to increase. The purpose Head lettuce production cost analysis to calculate and analyze the costs, revenues and profits of lettuce production. The data collection method uses interview and observation methods, while the data analysis method uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The conclusion of this thesis is the production cost are Rp52,064,026, receipts Rp91,638,000 and profits Rp39,573,974. Costs incurred for the production of unnecessary head lettuce are Rp43.527.010, Rp.79,920,000 in revenue and Rp36.392.990 of income. Keyword: Cost production, lettuce head, process production.
