Abstract
PT BBB PG IV is one of company’s of agribussines in Lampung. Main commodity in PTBBB PG IV is Pineapple and mainstay product is fresh pineapple pack . Packing of FreshPineaplle doing by day labour of Fresh Pineapple packing house departement.Procurement of human resource consist of recruitment, selection, placement, orientation,and induction. Purpose of this article is (1) to explain recruitment process, (2) to explain selection process, and (3) to explain placement, orientation, and induction process. Thisarticle writing by descriptive qualitative method to explain recruitment, selection,placement, orientation and induction process. Conclusion of the article is day labour’srecruitment in PT BBB PG IV establish 4 qualification in recruitment process there areeducation, age, gender, and physical condition. On the internal recruitment isn’t doinginterview test. Placement is doing by divide labour to each foreman and activity. Keyword: Procurement Human Resource, PT BBB PG IV, Day Labour.
