The UMKM XYZ experience obstacles in developing a business that is not yet having a business plan so that it is difficult to determine business prospects, decision making and competition. The purpose of this paper (1) identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the UMKM XYZ. (2) Explain the 6 indicators of the UMKM XYZ business target plan. The method used (1) describes the strengths and weaknesses of UMKM and strategies for optimizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses. (2) Identifying 6 (six) indicators using the balance scorecard method created by PT ABC. Conclusions and results of the discussion of the strength of the UMKM XYZ (1) the strength of quality raw materials and practical products. (2) Weaknesses in the scale of small businesses and limited capital. Identification of 6 (six) indicators, (1) financial perspective indicators are planned to increase every year. (2) Customer perspective indicators increase customer satisfaction. (3) Indicators of business process perspective adding service time. (4) Indicators of learning and innovation perspective (HR) pay attention to employee welfare. (5) Infrastructure perspective indicators adding infrastructure and (6) Management perspective systems indicators for employee training plans.
