Abstract

UMKM DJ is a newly established business. UMKM DJ wants to develop, but has competitors and do not yet have skilled human resources and infrastructure that support production activities. Therefore, UMKM DJ developed a business plan as a means of business control so that it remained focused. UMKM DJ uses a method developed by PT STU which was adopted from the balanced scorecard method. The purpose of this paper is to analyze targets and achievement plans on the perspective of (1) finance, (2) customers, (3) internal business processes, (4) learning and growth. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method to explain the targets and achievement plans on 4 perspectives. Based on the results and discussion, it was found that: product diversification and increase in production volume will be carried out to achieve financial targets, promotion plans and complaints services will be carried out to achieve customer targets, additional infrastructure and service improvements will be carried out to achieve internal business process targets, training, studies and employee appreciation conducted to achieve learning and growth targets.
