Abstract

Indonesia is a fertile country and produces high vegetables and many people consume vegetables. One of the agricultural commodities that is growing and in demand by the community is lettuce. PT SCV is an agribusiness company that sells fresh vegetables, one of which is lettuce fresh cut. Lettuce fresh cut has the advantage of being easy to process, does not require cutting, and is easy to serve. The number of fast food restaurants that continues to grow into a promising business opportunity, so that many companies began to move in the field of agribusiness to supply raw materials needed by fast food restaurants. PT SCV as a company engaged in agribusiness requires a good marketing mix to expand the market and maintain the company's survival. The purpose of this writing is to explain the marketing mix of fresh cut lettuce. The data analysis method used is qualitative descriptive analysis.
