Abstract
CV ABC is a national pesticide distributor. The problem that occurs is the occurrence of product delays that impact loss of opportunity company sales. The purpose of writing this final task is to describe the procedure of controlling CV ABC supplies, counting and comparing the supply control of Metindo 40 SP using EOQ, SS, ROP method. The methods of data analysis used are qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Inventory Control procedures applied by CV ABC is done with several stages. First looking for pesticide needs of Lampung Province, both seek information of farmer needs by giving MSI form, third divide Maping Sales Area into several sales areas and give the sales paper forcast target. Forcast targets are used as a reference in buying warehouse supplies. Supply procurement are several methods of calculation: EOQ, SS, and ROP. The result of a percentage difference in implementation of CV ABC 10.7% Control and EOQ method 6.5% means the EOQ method is more effective due to a smaller percentage difference compared to the sales conducted by CV ABC Keywords: supplies, EOQ, Safety Stock, Re-order Point
