Abstract
PT SSS is a company that focus on producing dried corn. Dried corn has many goods not only for humans but also for livestock, namely as raw material for animal feed. Dried corn is very susceptible to pest attack if there is no good supervision and control. Pest attacks are a problem that is still faced by PT SSS. Control activities for handling pest is namely fumigation which need costs for implemetation. The objective of the research are (1) Explaining procedure for handling pests in PT SSS (2) Analyze the cost of fumigation in PT SSS. The method used are qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of analyze and discussion showed the procedure for handling pests starts from supervision, determination of fumigant doses, making fumigation order letters, conducting fumigation, and making reports fumigation. Total cost of fumigation are Rp 90.096.850, these costs consisted of fumigant costs Rp 74.993.850, fuel costs Rp 63.000, labor cost Rp 3.760.000, and costs for fumigation equipment Rp 1.280.000.
